This exclusive event brought together seafood industry leaders, sustainability advocates, and technology innovators to discuss solutions for building a more transparent, responsible, and traceable seafood supply chain.

• Seared Steelhead Trout – Sourced from Riverence, this trout was fed with deforestation-free soy from Benson Hill and Veramaris algae oil, ensuring a responsible and sustainable aquaculture feed system.
• Roasted Grouper – Sustainably caught by artisanal fishers in Yucatán, Mexico, and sourced through Maspesca, a participant in the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Mexican Snapper and Grouper Supply Chain Roundtable.
